Recipe: Banana and blueberry smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1-2 medium bananas (frozen)
  • 1 handful blueberries (optionally frozen)
  • 1 cup of soy, rice or almond milk

Preparation

Freeze one or two bananas at least 3-4 hours beforehand or the day before.

Utensils

  • Knife, for cutting bananas
  • Suitable container for storing bananas in freezer
  • Blender
  • Glass to serve

quick, easy, high in antioxidants and dairy-free

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend for 1-minute, or until desired consistency.
  3. Serve in a glass. Cheers!
