Prioritize to do lists Using a 10-minute break during the day to review where you're at and re-prioritize upcoming tasks for the rest of the day or the next will increase focus and further reduce time spent working.
Take to the stairs Find the nearest flight of stairs or emergency stairwell to add a few hundred steps to your daily activity while breaking a light sweat. When you're starting out, try one flight or half a flight, going all the way down and all the way up again, pausing before the next round. If you're fit, challenge yourself and mix up the number of flights going up and down. Don't forget to stretch before you begin.
Check social media That's right, check Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, whatever and all, but do so swiftly! Set a timer and fly through your social media accounts once or twice a day. Use the time to post your daily update or quickly respond to a message. Friends and family will become familiar with your online times as you practice self-discipline and self-control.
