Grab a coffee Add steps to your activity tracker, chat (or vent!) with a colleague or classmate, and reap one of the many benefits of moderate caffeine consumption, from memory enhancement to reducing the risk of dementia.
Write a note of appreciation Grab a Post-it or small paper and write a short note of appreciation to someone you know. A friend, family member, neighbor or new acquaintance might be in need of motivation, inspiration, hope or thanks. You'll make them feel better and you'll be happier, too!
