Each issue we share three ways to do more in a 10-minute break. Here are breaks 1-3.

  1. Review flashcards
    Flashcards aren't just a convenient revision tool. Use flashcards to write down goals, daily reminders (such as "Drink 8 glasses of water" and "Walk 10K steps")...And all the ways you can take a timeout!

  2. Jump rope
    An easy, cheap and high-intensity workout you can do almost anywhere! Pack the rope in your school or work bag and sneak in a few minutes when you can.

  3. Play with a furry friend
    Numerous studies show that having a pet can reduce stress and have a positive impact on health.
